Total Keto X my lifts I'm really focusing on single muscles I'm not doing so much superset sand and crazy random exercises I'm really focusing on each muscle group one specific exercise and trying to push back past my max every week still doing the same same split I train legs two days a week have a back day I have a shoulder day and then like an upper body arm day so it's a combination of everything I'm doing five days training weight training and two days rest and this is what I've been doing for the past six months so I

used to train six days a week with one day rest reason I'm taking two rest days is because I push really really heavy weight intense all my LIF days that I need more than one day of recovery so I'm really pushing a lot heavier weight and I'm it's really exciting to me it's really motivated me because it's a challenge it's like you know I'm gonna try to get past this number this week if I can't I can't we're gonna try next week so I'll but I just keep trying to push past that max now my rep range is between six and ten that i've just adjusted it to myself and what I'm capable of and what I can handle now this is going to be Total Keto X
